الملخص
ملخص: يُشكّل مفهوميْ الحجاج والاقتضاء ببعدهما الدلالي والتداولي أحد المواضيع المهمّة في الدرس اللساني والتداولي المعاصر، لما لهما من دور على المستوى النصي والخطابي بشكل عام والتخاطبي التفاعلي بشكل خاص، وفاعليتهما المميزة لهما لاسيما ما ارتبط ببعدهما الحجاجي. لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتدرس فِعْليْ الاِقتضاء والحجاج من منظور (ديكرو)، وتطبيقهما على مدوّنة قضائية تتمثّل في مرافعة قضائية من نوع الجنايات "القتل العمدي مع سبق الإصرار والترصد"، وذلك بالتركيز على المستوى الدلالي والتداولي والمقام، والهدف منها هو الكشف عن القيمة الحجاجية لفِعْليْ الحجاج والاقتضاء، ومدى تأثيرهما على المتلقي، وتتبّع القوة الإنجازية لهما في الخطاب القضائي، وعليه جاءت إشكالية هذه الورقة البحثية كالتالي: إلى أيّ مدى يتضمّن الخطاب القضائي فِعليْ الحجاج والاِقتضاء؟ كلمات مفتاحية: التداولية، الفعل الحجاجي، فعل الاقتضاء، الخطاب القضائي. Abstract: The concepts of argumentation and Presupposition, with their semantic and pragmatic dimension, constitute one of the important topics in contemporary linguistic and pragmatic studies because of their role at the textual and discursive level in general and the interactive conversational level in particular and their distinctive effectiveness, especially the link to their argumentative dimension. so this research paper came to study the two verbs of Presupposition and argumentation from Decroux’s perspective and their application to a judicial blog represented in a judicial proceeding Kind of penal offence “premeditated murder” By focusing on the semantic, pragmatic, and Situation level, Its aim is to reveal the argumentative value of the two verbs of argumentation and Presupposition and their impact on the recipient, And trace their performance power in judicial speech. Accordingly, the problem of this research paper is as follows: how much does the judicial speech include the two verbs of Presupposition and argumentation?
