الحديث النبوي وآلياته في تقويم السلوك في مقام التواصل الاجتماعي.

الملخص
اقتضت حكمة الرب سبحانه في هداياته لخلقه أن يرسل إلهم الرسل في سبيل كفالة ذلك القصد الرباني، ولما كان الإنسان مخلوقا مخصوصا بمميزات عن سائر الخليقة، فهة متميز بالقعل تلك القوة التي ارتقت به إلى مرتبة السيادة على بقية الكائنات ولأجل ذلك صارت مسخرة له لكرامته على الله ، ومما يميز الإنسان كذلك طابعه الاجتماعي ومن هذا المنطلق فقد جبلوا على قيم ومبادئ ضمن نسقي الحرية والمسؤولية ، ولأجل تلكم الاعتبارات وغيرها جاءت التشريعات السماوية مؤطرة لهذه القيم وترسيخها وتأسيسها لغرض الحفاظ على سيادة الإنسان الرشيدة للكون. ومعلوم أن الحديث النبوي في حيز كبير من نصوصه يقود إلى فهم وتنظيم الأسس في التواصل الاجتماعي تأسيسا وتجديدا بحسب واقع الإنسان الذي يفرض إشكاليات ومسائل مستجدة عالقة تنتظر حلولا. وهذه الورقة المقدمة لهذا الملتقى وفي محور من محاوره ألا وهو: قصدية الخطاب النبوي الشريف وأبعادها الزمانية والمكانية، جاءت لتعالج إشكالية المنهج الخطابي النبوي الخاص ببناء التواصل الاجتماعي، وما هي مظاهر مساهمته في هذا المقام، ثم كيف كانت معاني النصوص النبوية مراعية ترسيخ وتأسيس القيم، ثم رعايتها في المجتمع الإنساني مع مراعاة التغير الزماني والتحول المكاني؟ The wisdom of the Lord, glory be to Him, in His gifts to His creation necessitated that God send messengers in order to ensure that divine purpose, and since man is a special creature distinguished from the rest of creation, he is distinguished by the power that elevated him to the rank of dominance over the rest of the beings and for that reason it became a subject to him for his dignity over God What distinguishes man as well is his social nature, and from this point of view, they have built values and principles within the frameworks of freedom and responsibility, and for these and other considerations, the heavenly legislation framed these values, consolidated and established them for the purpose of preserving the rational human sovereignty of the universe. It is known that the Prophet’s hadith in a large part of its texts leads to understanding and organizing the foundations of social communication, foundation and renewal according to the reality of the human being, which poses problems and emerging issues that await solutions. This paper presented to this forum and in one of its interlocutors: the intentionality of the honorable prophetic discourse and its temporal and spatial dimensions, came to address the problem of the prophetic rhetorical approach to building social communication, and what are the manifestations of its contribution in this regard, then how were the meanings of the prophetic texts taking into account the consolidation and establishment of values. Then nurturing it in the human society, taking into account the temporal change and the spatial transformation?
