الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إدارة المخاطر المالية في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي لمؤسسة ليانس لتأمينات خلال الفترة (2018-2021) و ذلك بإعتمادنا على نموذج altman الذي يتنبأ بالمخاطر المالية في المؤسسات الإقتصادية ، فضعف أو عدم التحكم في المخاطر المالية سيؤدي حتما المؤسسة إلى عدم إستقرارها المالي و عدم تحقيق أهدافها المرجوة و ذلك من أجل إعطاء صورة واضحة للمؤسسة عن و ضعيتها المالية ، وبغية إتخاذ القرارات و الإجراءات المالية لتجنب الفشل المالي و تحقيق أهدافها المسطرة يتم إستعمال أمثل النماذج التنبؤ بالفشل المالي المتعارف عليها ،و في أخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من نتائج أهمها : هنالك إنخفاض في ديون الشركة، يبقى أداء المؤسسة في وضعية يسمح لها بتأدية وظائفها المختلفة بدون صعوبات بالغة التأثير Abstract:. this study was aimed at highlighting the role of financial risk management in predicting the financial failure of the Chance Insurance Corporation during the period (2018-2021) Based on the altman model that predicts financial risks in economic institutions The weakness or lack of control over financial risks will inevitably lead the organization to its financial instability and failure to achieve its desired objectives in order to give a clear picture of the organization's financial position, In order to take decisions and financial measures to avoid financial failure and achieve its rigid objectives, the best models are used to predict the financial failure that is accepted. In the last place, we have reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a decrease in the debts of the company, the performance of the enterprise remains in a position to perform its various functions without severe difficulties.
