الملخص
الملخص: إن المتأمل في القرار الصادر من الأمم المتحدة رقم 181 المتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية يجد العديد من التناقضات التي تحملها الشعب الفلسطيني بدءً بعدم الوفاء بقيام دولته التي نص عليها القرار، وتهجير شعبه والتنصل من حق العودة والتعويض، بالإضافة إلى تدويل القدس الشريف، في مقابل قيام كيان صهيوني على حساب أصحاب الأرض واعطاءه صك قانوني لوضع الكيان الصهيوني تُحكم الأغلاق برًا وبحرًا وجوًا ولا يحاسبها أحد عن جرائمها. Abstract Anyone who looks at United Nations resolution 181 on the Palestinian question will find many contradictions that the Palestinian people have endured, beginning with the failure to fulfil the establishment of their State stipulated in the resolution, the displacement of their people, the repudiation of the right of return and compensation, in addition to the internationalization of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, in exchange for the establishment of a Zionist entity at the expense of the owners of the land and giving it a legal instrument to establish an Israeli state that governs the closure by land, sea and air and that no one holds it accountable for its crimes.
