التواصل وإشكالاته اللسانية والإنسانية

الملخص

إن الحاجة لوضع المصطلح دلالة قطعية على تشكّل أسس واضحة المعالم لعلم، أو مسألة، أو قضية معرفية، فهو علامة بيّنة، وسمة مائزة على تطوّر العلوم وتفرّعها؛ بل هو أمارة دالة على اكتمال الملامح العامة للمفاهيم التي تنظم الأفكار، وتحدد الفروقات والتقاطعات بين المصطلحات؛ إذ يأخذ المصطلح على عاتقه مهمّة ضبط الحدود، والمسميات، والتعريفات التي تحدّد نطاق اشتغاله، وما يطرأ عليه من تطوّرات في المعنى بانتقاله من حقل إلى حقل، ومن علم إلى علم، وكمثال بارز على ذلك "مصطلح التّواصل" الذي عرف اتساعا وتشعبا واسعين المجال والنطاق، وتجاذبه بين علوم شتّى خير دليل على ذلك؛ إذ تداخلت في تناوله اهتمامات لغويّة، وفلسفيّة، ومعرفيّة، أخذت على عاتقها مهمّة تحديد معانيه، ومقاصده، وطرائق اشتغاله، بالإضافة إلى أهدافه، وغاياته، كلّ بحسب تخصّصه العلميّ، وحقله المعرفي، وهذا ما جعله مرنا يصعب الإحاطة به؛ ومن هنا سنحاول تسليط الضّوء على الحدود الفاصلة في استعمال المصطلح، تحديدا يضمن فهمه في سياقه العام The need to put the term is a definitive indication of the formation of clear foundations for a science, issue, or knowledge issue, as it is a clear sign, and a distinctive feature of the development and branching of sciences; Rather, it is a sign indicating the completion of the general features of the concepts that organize ideas, and define the differences and intersections between the terms. As the term takes upon itself the task of setting the boundaries, nomenclature, and definitions that define the scope of its work, and the developments that occur in it in terms of its transfer from field to field, and from science to science, as a prominent example of that is the term “communication”, which was known for wide expansion and ramifications in scope and scope. And its attraction between various sciences is the best evidence of that. Linguistic, philosophical, and cognitive interests intertwined in dealing with it, and it took upon itself the task of defining its meanings, purposes, and methods of operation, in addition to its goals and objectives, each according to its scientific specialization and knowledge field, and this is what made it flexible and difficult to understand. Hence, we will try to shed light on the dividing lines in the use of the term, specifically to ensure understanding in its general context.
