الملخص
هدف هذه المقالة إلى مناقشة العلاقة بين الترجمة ومشكلة تأسيس المشترك المعياري في الحداثة المتأخرة. وهي تبدأ باقتراح التفكير في الترجمة من حيث "الموقع" الذي يترجم منه المترجم، ثم تشرع في رسم مسار نظري يحاول الانتقال بالترجمة من موقع العنف والتضاد، إلى موقع المشاركة والاعتراف. وهي تقوم بذلك عبر توظيف المفردات التي عالج بها هيجل الصراع بين نموذجين للضمير في فصل الروح من كتاب فينومينولوجيا الروح للتفكير في إمكانية العبور من الصراع إلى لحظة تفتح إمكانية نظرية للاعتراف والتأسيس المعياري المشترك. This article discusses the relationship between translation and the question of normative grounds in late modernity. It starts with suggesting thinking about translation from starting from the “position” from which a translation takes place. It proceeds afterwards to draw a theoretical rout at which one can imagine a transition from translating from the position of violence and opposition to the position of participation and recognition. It does so by engaging some of the vocabularies that Hegel used to write about the conflict between two structures of conscience at the Spirit chapter of the Phenomenology of Spirit to rethink the possibility of transitioning from conflict to a moment in which there is a theoretical space for recognition and shared grounding of norms.
