الملخص
أصبحت المسألة المصطلحية شغل الأفراد والهيئات والمجامع، نتيجة الكم الهائل من المصطلحات الوافد إلى اللغة العربية من الغرب مع التّقانات الحديثة، فمخافة أن تنصهر العربية في هذا الزّخم الأجنبي بُذلت الجهود لحمايتها والتراث لإثبات طواعيتها لكلّ مستجد، وذلك باعتماد آليات اتّفقوا عليها في معظمها رأوا أنّها مساعدة لإيجاد المقابل العربي أهمّها الاشتقاق، النحت، التعريب، المجاز والتّرجمة، لكن قبل اعتماد إحداها لابد من البحث في كتب التّراث عن مقابل لذلك المفهوم. فهل أثبتت العربية طواعيتها لاحتوائها هذا الوافد الجديد؟ هل الآليات التي اعتمدها الأفراد والجماعات حقّقت قدرة العربية على إيجاد المقابل؟ ما موقع هذا الأخير الموجود-بعد الصناعة-من الاستعمال في أوساط العاملين والمجتمع؟ في هاته المقالة سأتوخّى الوقوف عند ماهية هذا العلم الحديث" علم المصطلح "الّذي ينم عن الجهود المبذولة، ثمّ آليات الوضع المصطلحي المتفق عليها لأحاول في الأخير العمل على نموذج من مصطلحات التصنيع الغذائي في الجزائر لأصل إلى مدى نجاح هذه العملية في الحفاظ على اللغة العربية . The terminological issue has become the preoccupation of individuals, organizations, and academies, as a result of the huge amount of terminology coming into the Arabic language from the West with modern technologies. Fearing that Arabic would fuse with this foreign momentum, efforts were made to protect it and the heritage to prove its obedience to every newcomer, by adopting mechanisms that they agreed upon, most of which they saw as helpful. To find the Arabic counterpart, the most important of which are derivation, sculpture, Arabization, metaphor and translation, but before adopting one of them, it is necessary to search in the books of heritage for the equivalent of that concept. Did the Arab World prove its voluntariness to contain this New delegation? Did the mechanism adopted by individuals and groups achieve the Arab ability to find a return? What happened to this last creation After industrial use among workers and society? In this article, I will seek to stand on the nature of this modern science, "the science of terminology", which reflects the efforts made, and then the mechanisms of terminological development agreed upon, in order to try in the end to work on a model of the terminology of food processing in Algeria in order to reach the extent of the success of this process in preserving the Arabic language.
