ملخص: التأخر التاريخي الذي تحدث عنه مفكرو النهضة في الثقافة العربية المعاصرة لا زال ممتدا إلى اليوم، في حين يعرف العالم تطورا كبيرا على كافة المستويات، كان من نتائجها ظهور الثورة الرقمية التي غيرت وجه العالم وفرضت علينا الانخراط في مسار العولمة، لكن بأيد فارغة تستحيل معها مواجهة هذه التحديات التي تحيط بنا من كل جانب. المدرسة والجامعة ومعها كل المؤسسات الأخرى الاقتصادية والسياسة والاجتماعية والثقافية اليوم في حاجة إلى تحديث آليات عملها، وهذا عبر إدماج المفاهيم الابستمولوجية والعلمية في البرامج التكوينية والبحث العلمي وربطها بمنظومة الاقتصاد باعتبار أننا اليوم نعيش مرحلة تاريخية أضحى فيها الاقتصاد بمفهومه الواسع هو القاطرة التي تجر كل المنظومات الأخرى ، فغياب التفكير النقدي والإبداعي المبني على المبادرة و حرية التفكير وكسر قيود الجمود والشفافية في التعامل مع قضايا المجتمع ، خلق لدينا مؤسسات مصابة بعطب دائم لا يستقيم إلا باستقامة رؤيتنا ومقاربتنا لتنمية وطنية مشبعة بمبادئ المصلحة العامة والخدمة العمومية والشفافية في إدارة وتسيير الشأن العام. كلمات مفتاحية: اليقظة التكنولوجية، الشفافية، الفساد. Abstract This paper aimed to discuss the historical delay that the Renaissance thinkers talked about in contemporary Arab culture still extends to today, while the world is witnessing a great development at every level, one of the results of which was the emergence of the digital revolution that changed the face of the world and forced us to engage in the path of globalization, but with empty hands with which it is impossible to confront. These challenges are all around us. The school and the university and with it all other economic, political, social and cultural institutions today need to modernize their working mechanisms, and this is by integrating epistemological and scientific concepts in training programs and scientific research and linking them to the economic system, considering that we are today living in a historical stage in which the economy in its broad sense has become the locomotive that pulls all other systems The absence of critical and creative thinking based on initiative, freedom of thought, breaking the chains of stalemate and transparency in dealing with community issues,Creating permanently damaged institutions for us that can only be corrected by the integrity of our vision and approach to national development saturated with the principles of public interest, public service and transparency in the management and conduct of public affairs.
