الملخص
وثيقة المدينة أو صحيفة المدينة التي وضعها الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم عندما هاجر إلى المدينة كانت بمثابة دستور ينظم العلاقات داخل المجتمع الجديد ، و بين حقوق و واجبات المواطنين من المسلمين و غير المسلمين ، و ترسخ المبادىء و الأسس التي تقوم عليها الدولة الناشئة ، و تبين قيم المواطنة التى تؤسس لشبكة علاقات اجتماعية قوية متماسكة متكافلة The Medina document or the Medina newspaper that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, established when he immigrated to Medina was like a constitution that regulated relations within the new society, and between the rights and duties of Muslim and non-Muslim citizens, and established the principles and foundations on which the emerging state was based, and Demonstrates the values of citizenship that establish a network of strong, cohesive, and interdependent social relationships
