الملخص

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعريف بفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بشكل عام و عن ذوي صعوبات التعلم بشكل خاص و وسائل وتقنيات الكشف والتشخيص،ومعرفتها،وتطبيقها وتحليلها من قبل العاملين في مصلحة الكشف والمتابعة و هيئة التعليم من أجل المساهمة في الحفاظ على التلاميذ ليس فقط من الناحية الأكاديمية ولكن من الناحية النفسية كذلك، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف فإن تعميم المعرفة والتعريف بخصائص ذوي صعوبات التعلم لدى المشتغلين في مجال التعليم أصبح حتمية عملية مهنية وأخلاقية. The current study aims to introduce the category of people with special needs in general and those with learning difficulties in particular, the means and techniques of detection and diagnosis, their knowledge, application and analysis by workers in the Department of Examination and Follow-up and the Education Authority in order to contribute to preserving students not only academically but also From a psychological point of view as well, and in order to achieve this goal, the dissemination of knowledge and the definition of the characteristics of people with learning difficulties among those working in the field of education has become an inevitability of a professional and ethical process.
