ملامح الخطاب الإسلامي الموجه للإرهاب

الملخص
تتمثل هوية الفعل الإجرامي الإرهابي في قتل المدنيين الأبرياء لإرهاب الشعوب والحكومات لتغيير سياساتها ومفاهيمها التي تدعو للتعايش السلمي العرقي والديني، وإن نزع هذه الفكرة والفلسفة، يمكنها أن تصيب فيه مقتلا، وتمنح جرعة من حيث توجيه خطاب معتدل متوازن فيزول الخلط الذي نتج عن مفهوم (الوطنية) الذي ظهر بعد سقوط الخلافة وانشطر بسببه العالم الإسلامي. من هنا جاءت إشكالية البحث: "كيف نستطيع توصيل الخطاب إلى الإرهاب كي يقلع عنه من يمارسه"، وحاول الباحث الإجابة عن ذلك من خلال أربعة مباحث: عرف في أولها الإرهاب والخطاب الإسلامي، وذكر في الثاني الملامح التي تتجلى في المرسل إليهم، وخصص الثالث لملامح الرسالة الموجهة للإرهاب، وختم في الرابع بذكر الملامح المطلوبة في صاحب الرسالة. وخلص البحث إلى ضرورة دعم الخطاب المعتدل للمؤسسات الدعوية، وإدراج مواد تركز على التسامح في المناهج التربوية، وكذا توظيف الإعلام الجديد لنشر الوعي بين شرائح المجتمع حول الظاهرة. And if he removes this idea and philosophy, it can kill him, and give a dose in terms of directing a moderate and balanced discourse, so the confusion that resulted from the concept of (patriotism) that appeared after the fall of the caliphate and the Islamic world split because of it will disappear. From here came the research problem: "How can we connect the discourse to terrorism so that those who practice it will quit it?" The researcher tried to answer this through four investigations: in the first he defined terrorism and the Islamic discourse, and mentioned in the second the features that are evident in the addressees, and devoted the third to the features of the message addressed to terrorism, and concluded in the fourth by mentioning the required features in the author of the message The research concluded that it is necessary to support the moderate discourse of advocacy institutions, and to include materials that focus on tolerance in educational curricula, as well as to employ new media to spread awareness among segments of society about the phenomenon.
