الملخص

L’implémentation stratégique, cette mise en œuvre originale et constamment renouvelée, cette montée en cadence toujours innovante, fondées sur les synergies produites par le duo ‘’Capacités scientifiques et technologiques / Capacités militaires,’’ et constamment renforcées par la montée en puissance des laboratoires en ‘’Recherche & Développement’’, fera le reste et creusera, un peu plus, les différences et les écarts entre les acteurs en puissance d’une nouvelle géopolitique spatiale, qui continue d’être dessinée – prudence épistémologique aidant - pour le plus grand profit des générations prochaines. ملخص: يقوم التنفيذ الاستراتيجي، هذا العمل الجبار" الفريد من نوعه والمتواصل والمبني على الاختراع وعلى فصول متكررة وتفاعليه تنطوي أساسا – وسياقها الإبداعي- على ثنائية التفعيل المميز للكفاءات العلمية والتكنولوجية المرهونة بالكفاءات العسكرية. هذا الاجتهاد مدعم بالتفوق العلمي والمخبري الصاعد في البحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي التابع لمنظومة مخابر المركب الصناعي العسكري قاطبة. وهو الفرق الجوهري ويؤثر على توسيع الفجوة الملموسة في العلوم القاعدية ما بين الفاعلين الحقيقيين في اطار ترسيم جيوسياسية ثورية ضمن القضايا الفضائية المعاصرة- طبعا بكل التحفظات المعرفية- في فائدة غزو الفضاء المستقبلي وأجيالها المقبلة. ABSTRACT: The strategic Implementation, this original Implementation constantly renewed, this ramp-up always innovative, based on the synergies produced by the ‘’Scientific and Technological Capabilities / Military Capabilities’’ duo, and constantly reinforced by the ramp-up of research and development laboratories, (R&D) will make the rest and widen the differences between the potential players, a little more of a new spatial geopolitics which continues to be drawn – maybe epistemological caution helping - for the greatest benefits of the future generations.)
