معوقات التغييرالسياسي في الانظمة السياسية العربية في ظل التحولات الجديدة

الملخص
إن التغيير السياسي الذي عمدت إلى إحقاقه ثورات الشعوب العربية التي هزت كيانات سياسية استقرت بزمنها عقودا، اتسمت بالظلم والقهر والطغيان، غير آبهة لشعوبها وما يلزم أن يكون واقعيا في منطقة جغرافية إستراتيجية محفوفة بالمنعمات ذات صبغ مختلف، ثورة أنطقت فيها الصم البكم، وحركت الجامد مكانه، وأبصر وقتها كل كفيف عن حقائق فئة الشعوب العربية المضطهدة، والذين استقر فيهم الخوف سنين خلت. لكن هدف التحول وتحويل الأحوال والأوضاع لم تتشكل في صورتها المرجوة، وفق أنماط التغيير ودلالاته على البناء الاجتماعي الواحد، أو النظام السياسي العربي ككل، وان شكلت حالة انفراج واختيار طريق النجاح المرجى ضمان بقاءه، تطويره وإحقاقه، في احد الأنظمة السياسية العربية كتونس مثلا، وبقاء دول أخرى تراوح مكانها وباسترجاع أنغام النظام السابق المستبد وفق سنفونية أخرى كمصر واليمن وليبيا، ناهيك عن بقاء شدة عقدة الوصال وعدم انقطاعها في نظام آخر كسوريا. ويرجع كله إلى عدة إشكالات عمقت من أثار الجراح في الكيانات العربية. وأبت أن تحقق النقلة النوعية بمفردها. Abstract: The political change that the Arab peoples' revolutions intended to bring about, which shook political entities that stabilized their time for decades, were characterized by injustice, oppression and tyranny, without concern for their people and what needed to be realistic in a strategic geographic area fraught with blessings of a different color, a revolution in which the dumb deaf moved in place At that time, every blind person saw the realities of the oppressed Arab people, in whom fear settled years ago. But the goal of transformation and the transformation of conditions and situations were not formed in their desired image, according to the patterns of change and its indications for a single social structure, or the Arab political system as a whole. Other countries are at a standstill and by retrieving the rhythms of the previous tyranny according to other symphony, such as Egypt, Yemen and Libya, not to mention the severity of the connection knot and its lack of interruption in another regime like Syria. And it is all due to several problems that have deepened the effects of wounds on Arab entities. She refused to achieve the paradigm shift on her own
