Has The American Feminist Movement Stopped Gender Inequality In The Usa?

Abstract
This paper will explain that despite all the positive results achieved thanks to courageous and indomitable American feminists, the latter haven’t succeeded to, completely, stop sex discrimination in such fields as the workplace and politics. As a matter of fact, the following questions are discussed throughout this brief research: what is feminism? How did the American women’s rights movement emerge? Why did a second wave of feminism take place in the USA? And why does gender inequality still persist in today’s America?
