الملخص
TQM has become a management philosophy, the interest in it has increased significantly as a result of the tremendous development in information and communication technology and the result of changing the desires and tastes of consumers and the public, so that it has become a widely popular concept especially in recent years and it has been emphasized the efforts of all individuals in the organization at On strategic planning to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the objectives pursued by various organizations ،Quality assurance in a sports institution is a strategic approach based on the application and dissemination of the strategic concept in the use of quality, the direction of customers and the direction of production and service processes, especially with the emergence of globalization, openness and professionalism in the sports field, which has sparked the enthusiasm of many organizations to adopt the dimensions of TQM in the development of the intellectual and cultural structure of their organizations.
