الحوار أفقا لحل معضلة العنف في العالم Dialogue Is A Prospect For Solving The Dilemma Of Violence In The World.

الملخص
تدق الحاجة المستمرة إلى الحوار؛ نواقيس الاهتمام الجاد به وبوسائل تفعيله أمام ما يعترض العالم من ظواهر سلبية لا ينتج معها إلا الخراب والدمار، وفي مقدمتها معضلة العنف. ومن منطلق الاعتبار بأن الحوار من أبرز وألح القضايا التي تفرض نفسها على الساحة العالمية، من حوار الثقافات وحوار الأديان وحوار الحضارات...، نجد أن موضوع الاهتمام والحاجة هذا تبلور في فكر الإنسان بعدما تذوق أنواع من الأزمات التي لا تزال الإنسانية تتخبط في ويلاتها، من شيوع للإكراه والإقصاء والعنف والتعصب ونكران الآخر وهذه الصور تمثل الجانب البشع المنم عن مستقبل مجهول للأفراد والجهات، والذين لا يؤمنون بأن العالم يسع الجميع وبأن الاختلاف سنة كونية يجب احتوائها بشتى السبل، ومختلف الطرق التربوية والأخلاقية والفكرية والعلمية، إذا أردنا فعلا أن نقدم الصورة الحضارية الأمثل عن بعضنا البعض، وألا نقتصر في خطاباتنا على أساليب التمني والتسويف التي ما فتئت تزيغ بالمشروع التنموي عن قاطرة التقدم والازدهار الحضاريين، بكل ما تضمه الحضارات العالمية من تنوعات تستوجب حوارا لفهمها وتحليلها ونقدها وكذلك لاستيعاب مضامينها هوية وثقافة وفكرا، فترسم حدود التوافق والالتقاء وكذلك حدود الفصل والانتماء، في إطار من التعايش والبر والمودة والقسط وأمام التزايد المهول للعنف بمختلف أشكاله وتصنيفاته، والذي تجاوز الأسرة نحو المجتمع، بالغا العالم ومخلفا أوضاعا دولية خطيرة يتحتم معها العمل الجاد لمحاولة البحث في أسباب هذه المعضلة ومحاولة اقتراح حلول لتجاوزها، وأبرزها الحوار. The constant need for dialogue urges serious interest in it, and in the means of activating it in front of the negative phenomena that the world faces, which produces nothing but devastation and destruction, foremost of which is the dilemma of violence. From the standpoint of considering that dialogue is one of the most prominent and pressing issues that impose itself on the global arena, from the dialogue of cultures, the dialogue of religions and the dialogue of civilizations ..., we find that this topic of interest and need has been crystallized in the mind of man after he tasted the types of crises that humanity is still struggling with; of the prevalence of coercion, exclusion, violence, intolerance, and denial of the other. These images represent the hideous side of the unknown future of individuals and entities, and those who do not believe that the world accommodates everyone , that difference is a universal norm that must be contained in various ways; in educational, ethical, intellectual and scientific methods. That is if we really want to present the optimal civilized image of each other, and not to limit our speeches to the methods of wishful thinking and procrastination that have been distorting the development project on the locomotive of civilization's progress and prosperity , with all the diversities contained in global civilizations, which require dialogue to understand, analyze and critique them, as well as to assimilate their contents of identity, culture and thought. So that the boundaries of harmony and convergence are drawn as well as the boundaries of separation and belonging, within a framework of coexistence, righteousness, affection, and equitability in the face of the tremendous increase in violence in its various forms and classifications. It has transcended the family towards society and left dangerous international situations with which serious work is necessary to try to research the causes of this dilemma and try to propose solutions to overcome it, most notably dialogue.
