Résumé

If it is recognized that openness and integration in the global economy or in the regional economic blocs gives development opportunities to countries on the one hand, on the other, they pose risks of their same origin. The advantage of such integration depends on how much the challenge it poses is raised. Therefore, the new economic direction of Algeria poses great challenges consists to support the openness with accompanying measures, as many States do. The good results of openness for the global economic is determined by the success of the mechanisms supporting help the Algerianactors to take advantage of the political and economic choice of Algeria.
