الملخص

تلعب لجنة القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة دورا مهما في تجسيد الحماية الفعلية للمرأة ضد مختلف أشكال التمييز و التصدي للإنتهاكات التي ترتكب ضدها، من خلال توليها مهمة مراقبة التزام الدول الأطراف بأحكام إتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة و كذا تطبيقها الفعال، و تظهر أهميتها من خلال عدم إقتصار دورها على فحص التقارير المقدمة لها من الدول الأطراف فقط، بل عقد الإختصاص لها بإتخاذ إجراءات فعالة في وجه إنتهاكات حقوق المرأة أيا كان مرتكبيها و مهما كانت حصانتهم و ذلك من خلال التحقيق في البلاغات المقدمة عن ضحايا حقوق المرأة وفق للبرتكول الإختياري للإتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، بالإضافة إلى تقصي الحقائق بخصوص المعلومات التي ترد لها في هذا الشأن، و أصبحت التوصيات الصادرة عن اللجنة و كذا التقارير المتضمنة متابعة هاته التوصيات وسيلة لتطوير معايير جديدة لحقوق المرأة على المستوى الداخلي للدول متوافقة مع المعايير الدولية المحددة في إتفاقية سيداو. Abstract: The Commission for Combating Segregation against Women plays an important role in the concretization of the effective protection of women against all kinds of segregation and in confronting violations of women's rights, by monitoring the obligations execution of states members of the agreement to combat segregation against women as well as its actual implementation، Its role is not limited to the examination of the reports presented by the member countries only, but it is competent to initiate effective procedures to deal with violations of women's rights, whoever the perpetrator of these crimes or their immunity, through the investigation of requests presented by the victims in accordance with the optional protocol of the aforementioned agreement, as well as through the search for truths about the information it receives in this regard،The recommendations and reports on the follow-up of its recommendations emanating from this commission have become a means for the development of new standards of women's rights at the internal level in accordance with the international standards defined by the Sedao Agreement.
