دراسة لنموذج التسيير الياباني

الملخص
إن امتلاك مؤسسات قوية، يتطلب امتلاك نخبة مؤهلة قادرة على التسيير، وما نلاحظه في مجتمعنا الذي لا يفتقر للإمكانيات البشرية ولا إلى القدرات المادية، هو عجز مؤسساته على تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المنشودة. ولهذا نعتقد بأن أزمة المؤسسات الجزائرية هي أزمة القدرة على التسيير، وسنحاول في هذا البحث عرض النموذج الياباني في التسيير، لنستخرج عناصر القوة فيهما، حيث احتلت أمريكا الريادة في التسيير فيما سبق وتواجه حاليا منافسة يابانية شديدة حققت نجاحا كبيرا مما أدى إلى قلق الغرب من هذا التطور. Having strong companies requires the possession of a qualified elite capable of managing, and what we have seen in our society, which does not lack the human potential or the material capabilities, is the inability of its companies to achieve the desired economic development. This is why we believe that the crisis of the Algerian companies is the crisis of the ability to manage. We will try in this research to show the Japanese model in management, in order to unearth elements of strength from them. America has taken the lead in the past and is currently facing strong Japanese competition, which has been a great success, causing the west to worry about this development.
