هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في إشكالية تبني منظمات الأعمال في ظل بيئة الأعمال المعاصر لنظم الاستجابة وأساليب إدارة المخاطر الوبائية، وهذا بالتطبيق على شركة المراعي بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ظل تحديات تفشي جائحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 (2020). وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ شركة المراعي حققت نجاح ملفت كنموذج في الاستجابة وإدارة خطر جائحة كوفيد-19، من خلال تبنها لنهج خاص مستمد من المبادئ والمعايير الصادرة عن لجنة المنظمات الراعية COSO ومعيار. ISO 31000.2009 وتوصي الدراسة وفي ظل الظروف الراهنة بحتمية تبني منظمات الأعمال المحلية مستقبلًا لمختلف الإجراءات الإدارية والنظم الكفيلة بالاستجابة الفورية للمخاطر الوبائية وإدارتها بشكل فعال وكفء وفق خصوصيات بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية ونشاط وطبيعية كل منظمة، لتذليل الانعكاسات السلبية على أدائها وتحقيق نوعًا من الاستقرار والانسجام في أعمالها، وحتى اغتنام الفرص التي قد تظهر فجأة في الأسواق وتصاحب هذه المخاطر المتأصلة في بيئات الأعمال. ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate the problem of business organizations’ adoption in the contemporary business environment of response systems and epidemic risk management methods. By studying the case of Almarai Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the challenges of the outbreak of the Corona Virus Covid-19 pandemic (2020).The study concluded that Almarai Company has achieved remarkable success as a model in responding and managing the risk of the Covid-19 pandemic, by adopting a special approach derived from the principles and standards issued by the Committee for Sponsoring Organizations “COSO”, and the ISO 31000.2009 standard. The study recommends, in light of the current circumstances, the imperative for local business organizations to adopt in the future various administrative procedures and systems that guarantee an immediate response to epidemic risks and manage them effectively and efficiently according to the peculiarities of the Algerian business environment and the activity and nature of each organization, to overcome the negative repercussions on its performance and achieve a kind of stability and harmony in its work, and even seize the Opportunities that may appear suddenly in the markets and accompany these renewed risks in business environments.
