الاتصال البيداغوجي كأداة مهمة في العملية التربوية

Résumé

يعد الاتصال البيداغوجي نوع من أنواع الاتصال وهو عملية معقدة ومتشابكة تتدخل في سيرورتها ونجاحها عدة عوامل مختلفة، ونظراً لما يقدمه من مساعدة لأفراد الأسرة التربوية خاصة الطالب والأستاذ، ولدوره الفعال داخل العملية التعليمية التعلمية، سنتطرق له في بحثنا كوظيفة مهمة داخل الوسط التربوي. حيث سنحاول فهم طبيعته ومعرفة أهميته وأهدافه، كذلك شرح عناصر هذه العملية ومراحلها، ومعرفة مبادئ الاتصال البيداغوجي لكي نتحصل على عملية اتصال فعالة جيدة، والمرور على العوامل المؤثرة في الاتصال البيداغوجي وأخيرا معوقات الاتصال التي تحول دون فعالية الاتصال داخل حجرة الدراسة. Pedagogical communication is a type of communication and it is a complex and intertwined process. Several different factors interfere in its process and success, given the assistance it provides to members of the educational family, especially the student and the professor and for its effective role within the educational learning process. We will address it in our research as an important function within the educational community. We will try to understand its nature and identify its importance and objectives, as well as explain the elements and stages of this process, and pinpoint the principles of pedagogical communication, in order to have an effective communication process, and cover the factors affecting pedagogical communication and finally the communication obstacles that prevent effective communication in the classroom.
