"دور الطب الشرعي في التحقيق عن جرائم القتل"

Résumé

يعتبر الطب الشرعي حلقة وصل بين الطب والقضاء، وهو احد الفروع التخصصية في الطب الحديث، يختص بإيضاح المسائل في القضايا التي تنظر او يتم التحقيق فيها امام القضاء، ويتصل الطبيب الشرعي بجهات التحقيق عن جرائم القتل بموجب تسخيرة طبية لإجراء فحوصات او معاينات مستعجلة لا تحتمل التأخير، او بناء على امر (حكم) قضائي بندبه لإجراء خبرة طبية وتحرير تقرير فني، ويتمتع الطبيب الشرعي بدور كبير في الكشف عن ملابسات جريمة القتل، من خلال تحديد هوية الجثة وطبيعة الوفاة خاصة في الحالات التي يتم فيها اكتشاف جثة مجهولة او في مرحلة متقدمة من التعفن، ويمتد عمله كخبير مساعد لجهات التحقيق الى الكشف عن اسباب الوفاة وزمنها. Study Summary: Forensic medicin is a medium between medicine and the judiciary system. It is a field in modern medicine that specialises in the clarification of the criminal cases that are brought in front of justice the forensic doctor works with the investigative body responsible on murder and he/she is designated to do tests or a quick examination that can’t be delayed, or according to ajudge order asking him /her to give his/her expertise and writea technical articie. The forensic doctor has a bi grole in uncovering the mystery of any murder through identifying the identity of the body and the nature of death in case of the discovery of an unknown body or in the case of the body being decomposed. The job of the forensic doctor also extends as an expert helping discover the cause and time of death
