مقاربة مفاهمية للمقاولاتية

تفاقمت المواضيع حول مفهوم المقاولاتية واحتلت حيزا كبيرا من اهتمام الحكومات والعديد من الدول، وبالخصوص مع تزايد المكانة التي تحتلها المقاولات في اقتصاديات مختلف الدول بالرغم من اختلاف مستويات تطورها. وقد شكلت عنصرا أساسيا في النسيج الاقتصادي للدول بحيث تعتبر المكان المفضل للتشغيل على صعيد الاقتصاد ككل، وذلك كان سببا في تشجيع الدول لإنشاء حيزا خاصا بالمقاولات وصنعت منها رافدا لتنويع الاقتصاد من جهة وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي والتشغيل من جهة أخرى، حيث ان هذه الدول قد فهمت العوامل الحقيقة التي تساعد على نجاح المقاولات واستمرارها في حين البعض الآخر أهملها مما أدى الى فشل المقاولاتية في مجتمعها، فالمقاولاتية هي خطوة مهمة في حياة الفرد وخاصة إذا تعلق الامر بابتكار منتوج جديد والذي تنفع به مجتمعه، ويكسب من خلاله مهارات وقدرات تساعده على تطوير ذاته. والمعلوم ان هذه المفهوم قد ارتبطت به العديد من المفاهيم التي يندرج في حقله الدلالي، مثلا: المقاول، المقاولة، الروح المقاولاتية... وغيرها. لذا ارتأينا أن نسلط الضوء على مختلف هذه المفاهيم ومحاولة ضبطها وذلك لفك الغموض عنها ولتسهيل معانيها على الفرد واعطائه صورة عامة عنها. وهنا يمكن طرح التساؤل التالي: ما ماهية المقاولاتية؟ وماذا تعني المقاولة؟ وما هو المقاول؟ Abstract The issues around the concept of entrepreneurship have exacerbated and occupied a large part of the interest of governments and many countries, especially with the increasing position occupied by enterprises in the economies of various countries despite their different levels of development It has formed an essential element in the economic fabric of countries as it is considered the preferred place for employment at the level of the economy as a whole, and this was the reason for encouraging countries to create a special space for contracting and made them a tributary to diversify the economy on the one hand and promote economic growth and employment on the other hand, as these countries have understood the factors The fact that helps the success and continuity of entrepreneurship, while others neglect it, which led to the failure of entrepreneurship in their society. Entrepreneurship is an important step in the life of the individual, especially if it comes to creating a new product that benefits his society, and through which he gains skills and abilities that help him develop himself It is known that this concept has been associated with many concepts that fall into its semantic field, for example: the contractor, the contracting business, the entrepreneurial spirit... and others. So we decided to shed light on the various concepts and try to control them in order to demystify them and to facilitate their meanings for the individual and give him a general picture of them. Here, the following question can be asked: What is entrepreneurship? What does contracting mean? And what is a contractor ?
