Résumé

جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن اتجاهات مفتشي العمل نحو رقمنة قطاع منازعات العمل، على اعتبار أنه من بين أهم وظائف مفتش العمل ولما يترتب عليه في الكثير من الأحيان من المشاكل سواء للمفتش أو العامل أو صاحب العمل، فرقمنة القطاع الإداري على العموم وقطاع المنازعات على وجه الخصوص يسهل على مختلف الأطراف العمل والتقدم وطرح الانشغالات، على عكس النمط التقليدي المتسم بالجمود والتكاليف الزائدة وفي كثير من الأحيان البيروقراطية الزائدة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - الاتجاه الإيجابي للمفتشين نحو رقمنة قطاع منازعات العمل. - الاتجاهات الإيجابية للمفتشين نحو خصائص ومميزات رقمنة منازعات العمل. - الاتجاهات الإيجابية للمفتشين نحو تحقيق الرقمنة (رقمنة منازعات العمل) للميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة. Abstract: This study aimed to uncover the attitudes of labor inspectors towards the digitization of the labor disputes sector. This is considered one of the most important functions of a labor inspector, given the numerous problems that often arise for inspectors, workers, and employers. Digitizing the administrative sector in general, and the disputes sector in particular, facilitates work, progress, and the raising of concerns for all parties involved. This contrasts sharply with the traditional approach, characterized by rigidity, excessive costs, and often excessive bureaucracy. The study reached the following conclusions: - Inspectors have a positive attitude towards the digitization of the labor disputes sector. - Inspectors have a positive attitude towards the characteristics and advantages of digitizing labor disputes. - Inspectors have a positive attitude towards achieving a competitive advantage for the organization through digitization (specifically, digitizing labor disputes).
