Résumé

Abstract : The current study aims to identify the level of achievement motivation among university professors and to study individual differences. We conducted the study on some professors at the University Center of Aflou. We followed the descriptive approach and used an achievement motivation scale. After calculating the psychometric properties (validity, reliability), we concluded that the level of achievement motivation among university professors at the centeris moderate, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among university professors according to the gender variable. There are also statistically significant individual differences in the level of achievement motivation among university professors according to the age, experience, and rank variable
