مكانة البيئة في الصّناعة السّياحية – نحو تعزيز التّنمية السّياحية المستدامة

Résumé

تعتمد صناعة السّياحة بشكل أساسي على إبراز المقوّمات والمعالم البيئية، وتهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية من خلال استغلال واستخدام الموارد الطبيعية في تنفيذ الأنشطة والخدمات السياحية، وهو ما يتطلب العمل على استمرار هذه الموارد وترشيد استغلالها ضمانا لازدهار وتطور السّياحة، وبذل الجهود الكفيلة بالمحافظة على المحيط البيئي وعناصره الأساسية خاصة مع بروز الحاجة إلى تبني مسار التنمية المستدامة باعتبارها ضرورة ملحة نتيجة المعوقات والتحديات التي فرضها توسع النشاط السّياحي والسعي لتطوير القطاع الاقتصادي، كما تبرز أهمية المكانة التي تشغلها البيئة في المجال السياحي من خلال الجهود المبذولة بشأن صيانة الموارد الطبيعية ووضع الأطر والخطط والبرامج التي تكفل حماية البيئة، والتأكيد على تبني السياحة البيئية حفاظا على التنوع البيولوجي والحيلولة دون استنزاف الموارد الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق التّوازن بين متطلبات التّنمية و المحافظة على المجال البيئي والتّوعية بدور سلامة البيئة في ضمان استدامة التّنمية السّياحية The tourism industry relies primarily on highlighting environmental components and landmarks, and aims to achieve development through the exploitation and use of natural resources in implementing tourism activities and services, this requires working to maintain these resources and rationalize their exploitation to ensure the prosperity and development of tourism and making efforts to preserve the environmental environment and its basic elements, especially with the emergence of the need to adopt the path of sustainable development as an urgent necessity as a result of the obstacles and challenges imposed by the expansion of tourism activity and the quest to develop the economic sector, the importance of the position occupied by the environment in the tourism field is also highlighted through the efforts made regarding the preservation of natural resources and the development of frameworks, plans and programs that ensure the protection of the environment emphasizing the adoption of ecotourism to preserve biodiversity and prevent the depletion of natural resources, in addition to achieving a balance between development requirements and preserving the environmental field and raising awareness of the role of environmental safety in ensuring the sustainability of tourism development.
