Résumé

الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوره التاريخي، وتحليل تأثيره في مجال العلوم السياسية، مع التركيز على تطبيقاته المختلفة والتحديات الأخلاقية المرتبطة به، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير العلاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والعلوم السياسية، وإبراز دوره في تحليل السلوك السياسي وصنع القرار. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي تحول إلى أداة مهمة في البحث السياسي؛ حيث يسهم في تحسين دقة التحليل والتنبؤ، إلا أنه يطرح في المقابل إشكالات تتعلق بالتحيز، الشفافية، الخصوصية. كما أظهرت النتائج أنّ استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا يستدعي وضع ضوابط أخلاقية وتنظيمية لضمان توظيفها بشكل مسؤول يخدم المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ العلوم السياسية؛ الأخلاقيات؛ صنع القرار؛ التكنولوجيا، الخوارزميات، التطبيقات، الذكاء البشري Abstract : This study aims to explore the concept of artificial intelligence (AI), its historical development, and its impact on political science, with a particular focus on its applications and ethical challenges. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the relationship between AI and political science, highlighting its role in analyzing political behavior and decision-making processes. The findings indicate that AI has become a fundamental tool in political research, enhancing analytical accuracy and predictive capabilities. However, it also raises significant concerns regarding bias, transparency, and data privacy.
