تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المحوري الذي تلعبه حاضنة الأعمال في تعزيز وتشجيع ودعم روح المقاولاتية في الجزائر، على اعتبارها أهم الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على دراسة حالة حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة تيسمسيلت، لاستعراض مدى مساهمة حاضنة الأعمال لجامعة أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي تيسمسيلت في توفير البيئة المناسبة الداعمة لتطوير الفكر الريادي لدى الطلبة، والمساهمة في إنجاح مشاريعهم الناشئة، ويتم ذلك من خلال وضع برامج واستراتيجيات فعّالة تهدف لمواجهة التحديات التي تعيق رواد الأعمال، لنستنتج أن تشجيع المقاولاتية يستوجب إدارة رشيدة وتضافر جهود جميع الفواعل لدفع العجلة التنموية وتنويع الاقتصاد المحلي الذي يعود بالنفع على الاقتصاد الوطني وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار وزيادة القدرة التنافسية في السوق الجزائري This study aims to highlight the pivotal role business incubators play in promoting and supporting entrepreneurial spirit in Algeria, recognizing them as fundamental pillars for achieving economic development. It focuses particularly on a case study of the business incubator at Tissemsilt University. The study examines how the Ahmed Ben Yahia El Wansharisi University Tissemsilt's incubator contributes to providing a suitable environment that supports the development of entrepreneurial thinking among students and aids in the success of their startup projects. This is achieved by implementing effective programs and strategies designed to address the challenges entrepreneurs face. The conclusion emphasizes that encouraging entrepreneurship requires sound management and the collaboration of all stakeholders to drive developmental progress and diversify the local economy, ultimately benefiting the national economy and enhancing a culture of innovation and competitiveness in the Algerian market.
