تحسين فاعلية التواصل الإداري ودورها في تعزيز الاستقرار المهني للعاملين

Résumé

: يكشف البحث فاعلية التواصل داخل المؤسسات الصحيه ومالهذه العملية من دور في تحقيق الاستقرار المهني بمؤشرات الاتصال وبأبعادها (الوضوح، السرعة في تدفق المعلومات، وغيرها). من اجل الوصول الى الهدف والتحقق من الامكانية في تغير الممجتمع التنظيمي داخل المؤسسات اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طور استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات مستمدا ذلك من الدراسات الادبيه. تكونت عينة الدراسة من مستجيبين الكادر العامل في القطاع الصحي العراقي الخاص ومن خلال عينه غير عشوائيه . ولضمان الوصول الى الاهداف استخدم الاساليب الكميه في التحليل وفي اثبات صدق الاستبانه لإجراء تحليل الانحدار الخطي , تم التوصل الى مجمل استنتاجات ونتائج تعكس وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة لتطوير فاعليه عمليه الاتصال في تعزيز الاستقرار المهني .هناك مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: وجود مستوى تقييم مرتفع لتطبيق مهارات التواصل الإداري،. ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التاكيد على الدورات التدريبيه للعاملين لرفع مستوى الاداء ولتحقيق الاستدامه . الكلمات المفتاحيه : فاعليه عمليه الاتصال، الاستقرار المهني جودة الاداء research show impact of communication Witham healthcare institutions and its rôle in achieving Professional stabilité through communication indicateurs and théier dimensions clarity,etc.) To achève the objective and the possibilité the researcher adopte a descriptive-analytique approche, developing a questionnaire as a data collection tool based on littérature. study sample consisted of respondents from the staff, selected through a non-random sampling method. To ensure the achievement of the objectives, the researcher used quantitative statistical methods in the analysis and in proving the validity of the questionnaire by conducting multiple linear regression analysis. study reached a set of conclusions and results that reflect the existence of a significant positive impact of developing the effectiveness of the communication process in promoting professional stability. The study has a set of results, the most prominent of which is: the existence of a high level of evaluation of the application of administrative communication skills in the hospitals studied. In light of these results, the study recommended the need to emphasize training courses for the staff to raise the performance and to achieve sustainability .
