The Role Of Digitalisation In Improving Human Resources Performance: A Case Study Of The Municipality Of Sidi Lakhdar, Mostaganem.

Résumé

This study aims to highlight the role of digitalisation in improving human resources performance within the municipality of Sidi Lakhdar, Mostaganem. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, involving the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of 48 employees, The data were analysed using the SPSS statistical software, The study reached a number of conclusions, the most notable of which is that there is a strong, statistically significant positive correlation between digitalisation and human resources performance. The study recommended that attention should be paid to promoting the use of information and communication technology and artificial intelligence applications in local authorities, particularly as this represents a very significant qualitative leap in the management of local authorities.
