التراث الفقهي والأصولي المخطوط لإباضية الجزائر في المكتبة البارونية بجزيرة جربة تونس دراسة وصفية تحليلية

Résumé

أسهم علماء الإباضية في الجزائر في إثراء الحركة العلمية بنتاج فقهي وأصولي متنوع، خاصة في وارجلان ووادي مزاب ووادي سوف ووادي أريغ، وانتشرت مؤلفاتهم في مختلف مواطن الإباضية بتونس وليبيا وعُمان وغيرها، ولا تزال خزائن المخطوطات تحفظ جانبًا مهمًّا من هذا التراث، منه ما طُبع ومنه ما يزال مخطوطًا. وتتناول هذه الدراسة المخطوطات الفقهية والأصولية لإباضية الجزائر المحفوظة في المكتبة البارونية بجزيرة جربة، من خلال الإجابة عن إشكالية تتعلق بحصرها وبيان أبرز سماتها وخصائصها. وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من قيمة الرصيد المخطوط الذي تحتفظ به المكتبة، ومن كونه يكشف جانبًا من امتداد التراث الجزائري الإباضي وتداوله خارج موطنه. وقد استفادت الدراسة من فهرس مخطوطات المكتبة الذي أنجزته جمعية الشيخ أبي إسحاق اطفيش لخدمة التراث بغرداية، قصد حصر المادة العلمية ووصفها وتحليلها. وتسعى الدراسة إلى التعريف بهذه المخطوطات ومؤلفيها وموضوعاتها، وبيان خصائصها وقيمتها العلمية وإسهامها في حفظ التراث الفقهي والأصولي الإباضي، والكشف عن مظاهر تداولها العلمي بين العلماء والمراكز الإباضية المختلفة قديما. Ibadi scholars in Algeria made significant contributions to the intellectual heritage through diverse works in jurisprudence and legal theory, particularly in Ouargla, the M’zab Valley, the Souf Valley, and the Oued Righ region. Their works circulated across Ibadi communities in Tunisia, Libya, Oman, and elsewhere, while manuscript collections continue to preserve an important part of this heritage, some of which has been published and some of which remains in manuscript form. This study examines the Algerian Ibadi jurisprudential and legal-theory manuscripts preserved in the Barounia Library on the island of Djerba, focusing on their identification and their principal characteristics. The study draws on the manuscript catalogue prepared by the Sheikh Abu Ishaq Atfayyesh Association for Heritage Service in Ghardaia to identify, describe, and analyze the material. It aims to introduce these manuscripts, their authors, and subjects, assess their characteristics and scholarly value, and highlight their role in preserving Algerian Ibadi jurisprudential and legal-theory heritage and documenting its scholarly circulation among Ibadi scholars and centers.
