This study examines the adoption and impact of green practices in the hotel industry, with a particular focus on their environment, economic and reputational outcomes. A descriptive and analytical methodology was employed, with case study analysis of leading international hotel chains, namely Hilton and Best Western Premier Hotel Victoria. The findings reveal that green practices, including energy conservation, water management, and waste reduction, significantly contribute to reducing environmental impact while simultaneously enhancing operational efficiency, corporate image, and customer loyalty. The results further highlight the importance of integrated management systems and technological innovation in achieving consistent sustainability performance.
