Résumé

This study investigates the pivotal role of educational administration in developing school health and preventive programs through four essential stages: needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the research synthesizes contemporary Arab and international literature to construct a comprehensive theoretical framework linking educational leadership with school health promotion. Findings reveal that educational administration is the decisive factor in the success or failure of such programs. Accurate needs assessment ensures the relevance of interventions, while integrated program design aligns health objectives with educational goals. Effective organization, coordination, and continuous monitoring are critical for successful implementation, and systematic evaluation coupled with feedback mechanisms enables ongoing improvement. The study concludes that Arab contexts face notable gaps, including limited scientific tools, scarce resources, and weak utilization of evaluation results. In contrast, international experiences highlight the importance of participatory approaches and digital technologies in ensuring program effectiveness and sustainability.
