Résumé

يعد البحث الحالي نموذجا يجمع بين التطور التكنلوجي والتعليم و التفاعل الانساني و يعزز التشاركيه المجتمعيه تتبلور الاشكالية في فرص التعليم غير المتاحه للجميع و سوق العمل متمثلا بشركاته , تتضح بعض التساؤلات بمدى امكانية الجامعه الحكوميه ان تدعم نظريتها الاكاديميه وهي الجامعه الافتراضيه وتعزز من واقع التطبيق بتوفير المستلزمات ودعم البرامج التعليميه لخلق بيئه اكاديميه حديثه تبنى على التعليم عبر المصات. ان البحث الاستشرافي نموذجا مقترح للجامعه الافتراضيه للمجموعه الانسانيه كخطوه اوليه ,يتم من خلاللها تقييم البرنامج الافتراضي.هدف البحث الى اتاحه فرص التعليم الجامعي واستغلال مخرجاته لفتح افاق جديده تسهم في تحقيق الاستدامه . يتوصل المقترح الى مجمل استنتاجات ,اعتمد الباحث على نماذج فعليه تم العمل بها في بلدان اخرى واعتبرت تجارب ناجحه وداعمه لصدق ماجاء به من امكانية تطبيق هذا المقترح داخل اقليم كردستان . تم طرح مقترحات ابرزها بناء سلسلة متكامله تبدا بالجامعه الافتراضيه الى سوق العمل الذي ستكون لمشاريع التخرج جزءا حيويا فيه فضلا عن تدوير المعرفه والمنفعه . : This research presents an integrated model combining technological development, education, and human interaction, fostering community participation. The central issue lies in the limited access to education for all, coupled with the role of the labor market, represented by its companies and businesses. This raises questions about the extent to which public universities can support their academic theory of the virtual university and enhance its practical application by providing the necessary resources and supporting educational programs to create a modern academic environment built on specialized online platforms. This forward-looking research proposes a model or project for a virtual university for humanities faculties as an initial step, through which the virtual program will be evaluated. The research aims to provide university education opportunities and utilize the outcomes of this education to open new horizons that contribute to achieving sustainability. The proposal arrives at a set of theoretical conclusions, being forward-looking, as the researcher relied on actual models implemented in other countries that were considered successful experiences for this proposal and support its validity in terms of its applicability within the Kurdistan Region, taking into account the differences. Proposals were put forward, most notably building an integrated chain starting with the virtual university and extending to the labor market, in which graduation projects will play a vital role, in addition to the circulation of knowledge and benefit.
