ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال مقاربة تداولية للخطاب الشعري في ديوان الإمام الشافعي، من خلال الكشف عن الآليات التداولية التي أسهمت في بناء المعنى وتحقيق التواصل مع المتلقي، ويركز على الأفعال الكلامية والإشاريات والحجاج بوصفها أدوات فاعلة في تشكيل الخطاب الشعري، وقد أظهرت الدّراسة كثافة استعمال الأفعال الكلامية، ولا سيما الأوامر والنّواهي، بغرض الإرشاد والتوجيه، كما أثبت الدراسة حضورا قويا للتناص القرآني، الأمر الذي منح الخطاب الشعري قوة حجاجية وبيّنت النتائج كذلك أنّ الإشاريات، وخاصة الضمائر، أسهمت في توضيح المقاصد التواصلية وبناء العلاقة بين الشاعر والمتلقي. Abstract: This article presents a pragmatic approach to the poetic discourse in Diwan of Imam Al-Shafi‘i by exploring the pragmatic mechanisms that contribute to meaning construction and communication with the audience. It focuses on speech acts, deixis, and argumentation as effective tools in shaping poetic discourse. The study reveals the frequent use of speech acts, especially directives and prohibitions, for guidance and instruction. It also highlights the strong presence of Qur’anic intertextuality, which enhances the argumentative force of the poems. The findings show that deictic expressions, particularly pronouns, play a significant role in clarifying communicative intentions and strengthening the relationship between the poet and the recipient.
