Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان منهج الشيخ باي بلعالم في تبسيط الفقه للدّارسين، وإبراز إسهاماته في إثراء الدرس الفقهي وإحياء التراث المالكي من خلال كتابه "زاد السالك شرح أسهل المسالك" الذي اتّسم بالشرح الميسر، والأسلوب المبسط، حيث جمع بين التأصيل الرصين والمنهج العلمي الدقيق لضبط الفروع وفق القول المعتمد في المذهب. وقد اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة وثلاثة مطالب وخاتمة، تطرق المطلب الأول إلى التعريف بالمذهب المالكي ونشأته، وتم التطرق في المطلب الثاني إلى التعريف بالشيخ باي وكتابه، أما المطلب الثالث فقد حوى منهج الشيخ في تبسيط وتقريب الفقه المالكي، وخلص البحث إلى أن الشيخ محمد باي بلعالم أبدع وأمتع في شرحه لنظم أسهل المسالك وجعله أقرب وأسهل للحفظ والفهم والعمل. Abstract This study aims to elucidate Sheikh Bay Belalam’s approach to simplifying fiqh for students, and to highlight his contributions to enriching the study of fiqh and reviving the Maliki heritage through his book Zad al-Salik: Sharh As-Sahl al-Masalik, which is characterised by its accessible commentary and and a straightforward style, combining sound theoretical grounding with a rigorous scholarly approach to defining the branches of the discipline in accordance with the accepted doctrine of the school. The study comprises an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter provides an introduction to the Maliki school and its origins; the second chapter introduces Sheikh Bay and his book; whilst the third section covered the Sheikh’s approach to simplifying and making Maliki fiqh more accessible. The research concluded that Sheikh Muhammad Bay Belalam was highly creative and engaging in his commentary on As-Sahl al-Masalik, making it more accessible and easier to memorise, understand and apply..
