Résumé
ملخص يعتبر التغير المناخي أحد المشاكل البيئية الخطيرة على الانسان والحيوان والوسط الطبيعي، وهي نتاج تفاعل عوامل طبيعية وبشرية، كان دور العامل الطبيعية في مقدمتها من خلال تعاقب الفترات الجافة والرطبة، وما يرافق ذلك من تغير في طبيعة التوازن البيئي في خلق صور لتدهور وتدني إنتاجية الأرض. وتبين أن الانسان عنصرا أساسيا ذو حدين في بروز ظاهرة التغير المناخي أولا، وثانيا يمكنه الحد منها والتأقلم معها، وموريتانيا واحدة من بين دول العالم النامي التي تواجه مشكلات بيئية متعددة وخطيرة أهمها (التصحر والجفاف و هشاشة الساحل و التغير المناخي)، وما يرتبط بهما من آثار بيئية كان في مقدمة اسبابها نقص وتذبذب الأمطار وارتفاع درجات الحرارة وحركة الرياح الجافة، وما لذلك من أثر سلبي على الموارد الطبيعية وضعف إمكانية استغلالها و تبين كذلك ما يعانيه الساحل من تدهور وهشاشة .Abstract Climate change is considered one of the most serious environmental problems affecting humans, animals, and the natural environment. It is the result of the interaction of natural and human factors. Natural factors have played a primary role through alternating periods of drought and wet weather, and the accompanying changes in the ecological balance, leading to degradation and decreased land productivity. It has become clear that humans are a key, yet double-edged, element in the emergence of climate change. On the one hand, they are the primary cause of climate change, and on the other hand, they have the potential to mitigate and adapt to it. Mauritania One of the developing countries facing multiple and serious environmental problems, the most important of which are (desertification, drought, coastal fragility and climate change), and the environmental effects associated with them, the primary causes of which were the lack and fluctuation of rainfall, high temperatures and dry wind movement, and the negative impact of this on natural resources and the weakness of the possibility of exploiting them, and it also shows the deterioration and fragility that the coast suffers from.
