Résumé

يشكل التعاون القضائي الدولي أداة أساسية في مكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر، تتبع المجرمين و منهم عدم الإفلات من العقاب خاصة خلال مرحلتي التحقيق والمحاكمة ونظرًا للطبيعة العابرة للحدود لهذه الجرائم، لم يعد بالإمكان الاعتماد فقط على الإمكانيات الوط نية لملاحقة مرتكبيها، بل أصبح من الضروري تفعيل آليات التعاون بين الدول عبر تبادل المعلومات ، وتسليم المجرمين، وتقديم المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة.. فبالرغم من أهمية التعاون الدولي سواء على الصعيد الأمني أو المساعدة القضائية إلا أنه تعترضه عدة إشكالات تقف أمام فعاليته. :Abstract International judicial cooperation is an essential tool in combating human trafficking crimes, tracking down criminals and preventing impunity, especially during the investigation and trial phases. Given the cross-border nature of these crimes, it is no longer possible to rely solely on national capabilities to prosecute perpetrators. Rather, it has become necessary to activate cooperation mechanisms between countries through the exchange of information, the extradition of criminals, and the provision of mutual legal assistance. Despite the importance of international cooperation, whether on the security level or judicial assistance, it faces several challenges that hinder its effectiveness.
