Résumé

The mechanisms for combating child labor in Algeria at the national and international levels will be studied at the level of the Algerian Labor Inspectorate as a national model, and international agreements as an international model, as the phenomenon of child labor is considered a serious social, economic and legal problem that threatens the rights of the child, makes him vulnerable to exploitation, and deprives him of his right to education and a normal life. The Algerian Labor Inspectorate aims to ensure the application of labor laws and to guarantee compliance with legal provisions relating to the minimum working age, occupational health and safety, and working conditions. It also aims to reduce the reasons that diminish the effectiveness of labor inspection, whether material, human, legal, or social. At the international level, we specifically mention international agreements, especially those adopted by the International Labor Organization.
