فعالية نموذج Piotroski F-score في قياس الأداء المالي للشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر: دراسة تطبيقية على مجمع بيوفارم ومؤسسة التسيير الفندقي الأوراسي خلال الفترة (2020–2024)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية نموذجPiotroski F-Score في قياس وتحليل الأداء المالي للشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري وأسلوب دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، من خلال تطبيق النموذج على عينة مكونة من مجمع بيوفارم ومؤسسة التسيير الفندقي الأوراسي خلال الفترة 2020–2024، بالاعتماد على البيانات المستخرجة من قوائمهم المالية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء المالي للشركات محل الدراسة تراوح بين المستوى المتوسط والقريب من الجيد، كما أكدت النتائج فعالية النموذج في تصنيف مستويات الأداء المالي للشركات عينة الدراسة وتتبع تطور هذا الأداء عبر الزمن وتفسير أسباب التغيرات المرتبطة به.. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Piotroski F-Score model in measuring and analyzing the financial performance of companies listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange. To achieve this objective, a descriptive approach was employed for the theoretical framework, alongside a case study method for the empirical analysis. The model was applied to a sample comprising Biopharm Group and the El Aurassi Hotel Management Company over the period 2020–2024, based on data extracted from their financial statements. The findings indicate that the level of financial performance of the companies under study ranged from moderate to relatively good. Furthermore, the results confirm the effectiveness of the model in classifying financial performance levels, tracking their evolution over time, and explaining the underlying factors driving the observed changes
