الأمن الإنساني والذكاء الاصطناعي : التحديات الحقوقية في عصر الصناعة المعرفية

Résumé

تناول هذه الدراسة توضيح العلاقة بين الأمن الإنساني والذكاء الاصطناعي ، مع التركيز على التحديات الحقوقية الناشئة في السياقات الصناعية المعاصرة . كما تم تحليل تأثير الأنظمة الذكية على الحقوق الأساسية كالحق في الخصوصية والمساواة والوصول للخدمات الأساسية . وأبرزنا في الدراسة المخاطر المتعلقة بالتحيز الخوارزمي وممارسات المراقبة، وفجوات المساءلة في عملية اتخاذد القرار الآلي .، كما بينا دور الأطر القانونية وآليات الحوكمة في الحد من هذه المخاطر . وعبر المقاربة القائمة على الانسان أكدنا في الدراسة على ضرورة مواءمة الابتكار التكنولوجي مع معايير حقوق الإنسان لضمان بناء مجتمعات شاملة وعادلة أمنة في بيئة صناعية رقمية متزايدة. This study examines the intersection between human security and artificial intelligence, focusing on emerging human rights challenges in contemporary industrial contexts. It analyzes how AI-driven systems influence fundamental rights such as privacy, equality, and access to essential services. The paper highlights risks related to algorithmic bias, surveillance practices, and accountability gaps in automated decision-making. It also explores the role of legal frameworks and governance mechanisms in mitigating these risks. By proposing a human-centered approach, the study emphasizes the need to align technological innovation with human rights standards to ensure inclusive, fair, and secure societies in an increasingly digital industrial environment
