الأمن الطاقوي المستدام في الجزائر في ظل الانتقال الطاقوي: نحو رؤية استراتيجية لتعزيز المكانة الطاقوية

Résumé
الملخص: فرضت التطورات التي شهدها النظام الطاقوي العالمي من تنامي الاهتمام بالطاقات المتجددة و الوعي البيئي و ضغوط الانتقال إلى عالم منخفض الكربون على الجزائر كغيرها من الدول التي تعتمد أنظمة طاقاتها على الموارد التقليدية (النفط و الغاز) حتمية التسريع في الانتقال الطاقوي و تحقيق الأمن الطاقوي المستدام بما يخدم مكانتها الطاقوية على الساحة الدولية. لذا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على الأمن الطاقوي المستدام كمفهوم موسع في سياق الانتقال الطاقوي مع تبيان الرؤية الاستراتيجية المنتهجة من قبل الجزائر بهذا الصدد و التي تعكس الاستجابة لمتطلباتها المحلية و الحفاظ على دورها كفاعل طاقوي إقليمي مستقبلا. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تطوير الجزائر لمواردها الطاقوية المتجددة و التوسع في إنتاجها ضرورة ملحة لتحقيق انتقال ناجح و مستدام نحو الأمن الطاقوي و بالتالي تعزيز دورها كفاعل إقليمي و دولي في مجال الطاقة. Abstract: The developments witnessed by the global energy system, including the growing interest in renewable energy, environmental awareness, and the pressures of transitioning to a low-carbon world, have imposed on Algeria, like other countries whose energy systems depend on traditional resources (oil and gas), the inevitability of accelerating the energy transition and achieving sustainable energy security in a way that serves its energy position on the international stage .This study aims to determine the sustainable energy security as a broad concept in the context of energy transition, while clarifying the strategic vision adopted by Algeria in this context, which reflects a response to its local requirements and maintaining its role as a regional energy actor in the future .The study concluded that Algeria's development of its renewable energy resources and the expansion of their production are an urgent necessity to achieve a successful and sustainable transition towards energy security, thereby strengthening its role as a regional and international actor in the energy field.
