مسؤولية الجامعة في مكافحة الفساد

Résumé

إن الفساد ظاهرة عالمية، مست كل الدول دون استثناء، مع اختلاف نسبها، ودرجة خطورتها من دولة إلى أخرى، لذلك، فإن التعاون للقضاء عليها، أو على الأقل التقليل من مضارها ومخاطرها، مسؤولية تقع على الجميع، ومن بينهم أساتذة الجامعات والعلماء والمفكرين والخبراء. وقد حاولنا في هذه المداخلة تبيان الدور الأساسي الذي يفترض من الجامعة تأديته للحد والتقليل من ظاهرة الفساد. Corruption is a global phenomenon affecting all countries without exception, though its prevalence and severity vary from one country to another. Therefore, cooperation to eradicate it, or at least mitigate its harms and risks, is a responsability that on everyone, including university professors, scientists, intellectuals, and experts. In this presentation, we have attempted to clarify the fundamental role that universities are expected to play in curbing and reducing the phenomenon of corruption
