فرص تعزيز الطاقات المتجددة لتوليد الكهرباء وضمان الأمن الطاقوي في الجزائر

Résumé

يعد الامن الطاقوي أساس التحضر ورقي المجتمعات، يهدف الى تحقيق الاستقرار من ناحية كافة المجالات خاصة الامن الاقتصادي الذي يسعى الى توفير وتلبية الاحتياجات من الموارد بالإضافة الى الامن البيئي الذي يؤطر قضايا التلوث البيئية من انبعاثات حرارية وغازية، حيث نهدف الدراسة الى تعزيز الطاقات المتجددة من اجل انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية توصل الدراسة الى ان استثمار في الطاقات المتجددة قليل جدا، حيث كان استثمار فقط في المناطق المعزولة والصحراوية والمناطق النائية من اجل تزويدها بالكهرباء، ويرجع عدم استثمار في الطاقات المتجددة الى الاعتماد على الموارد الناضبة والاحتياط الموجود حاليا بشكل معتبر مما حال دون الحاجة الى تخمين في نصيب الأجيال القادمة من الموارد الطاقوية واستثمار في الطاقات البديلة. Energy security is the basis of urbanization and progress of societies ،as it aims to achieve stability in all fields ، especially economic security which seeks to provide its needs for resources،in addition to environmental security which frames environmental pollution issues from thermal and gaseous emissions، where we aim from the study to production of electric energy. The study concluded that there is very little investment in renewable energies ، as the investment was only in the sprouted desert and remote areas in order to provide them with electricity، the lack of investment in renewable energies is due to the reliance on depleted resources and the existing reserves in a significant way، which prevented the need to estimate the share of future generations of energy resources and invest in alternative energies.
