يهدف البحث إلى دراسة التحول الرقمي ومدى انعكاسه السلبي على النظام العام، حيث أصبحت تكنولوجيا الإتصالات والمعلومات أداة رئيسية في التواصل، وأثر هذا الأمر على كافة جوانب الحياة وجعل الإنسان يشهد تفاعلات رقمية أثرت على نمط عيشه. لتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التواصل عبر الفضاء الرقمي تولدت عنه جرائم عديدة منها ما مس بالنظام العام والآداب العامة، ومن أبرز صور هذه الجرائم جريمتي نشر الأخبار الكاذبة واستغلال الأطفال جنسيا. The research aims to study the digital transformation and its negative impact on the general system, as information and communication technology has become a key tool in communication, and this has affected all aspects of life and made people witness digital interactions that have affected their lifestyle. The study concluded that communication via digital space has given rise to numerous crimes, some of which have affected public order and morals. Among the most prominent of these crimes are the crimes of spreading false news and the sexual exploitation of children
