دور المرفق العام في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية ( The Role Of The Public Facility In Improving The Quality Of Public Service)

Résumé

تسعى الجزائر إلى تحسين أداء إداراتها العمومية سواء على المستوى التنظيمي والعملي لمسايرة تزايد حاجات مواطنيها ومدى قدرة مؤسستها على التكيف مع التطور في مجال تحسين الخدمة العمومية، وإدخال إصلاحات وعصرنة الإدارة من خلال رقمنه الإدارة والاستفادة من التكنولوجية الحديثة التي تكفل تقديم خدمة عمومية ذات جودة ونوعية. كما تعكف الدولة على تسيير المرافق العامة بعدة أساليب من اجل السير الحسن للمرفق العام طبقا للقانون. قد تناولنا في دراستنا بعض آليات لتحسين أداء المرفق العام المرتبط بالخدمة العمومية ومعالجة العقبات والتحديات التي تقف أمام تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية، وتوصلنا لأهمية تكثيف جهود الدولة من اجل من ترقية المرفق العام . Algeria, like other countries, seeks to improve the performance of its public administrations both at the organizational and operational levels to meet the increasing needs of its citizens and the ability of its institutions to adapt to developments in the field of enhancing public service. It aims to introduce reforms and modernize administration through the digitization of management and the utilization of modern technology that ensures the provision of high-quality public services. The state is also working on managing public facilities through various methods to ensure the proper functioning of the public service. In our study, we addressed some mechanisms to improve the performance of the public facility related to public service and to tackle the obstacles and challenges that hinder the enhancement of the quality of public service. Therefore, the state's efforts should be intensified in widely employing those mechanisms to achieve the desired goal of upgrading the public facility.
