دور مجلس أخلاقيات الطب في ضبط أخلاقيات مهنة الصيدلة

Résumé

سَعـى المـشـرّع الجـزائـري، مـن خـلال مـدونـة أخـلاقـيـات الطّـب وقـانـون الصّحـة، إلى تحـقـيـق الـسيـر الـحسـن لمـهـنـة الصّيدلة وضمـان حمـايـة حـقـوق المـرضى، وذلك بفـرض مـجـمـوعـة مـن الالتـزامـات الأخـلاقـيـة التـي يـتـعيّـن عـلى الصّيدلي التّـقـيـد بـها أثناء مـمـارسـة المـهـنـة، كـمـا أنشأ مـجـلـس أخـلاقـيـات الطّـب ومـنـحـه صلاحـيـة ضبـط هـذه المـهـنـة الإنسانيـة، بـمـمـارسـة الـسلطة التّأديـبـيـة عـلى مـرتكبـي الأخطاء التّأديـبـيـة وتـوقـيـع العـقـوبـة التّأديـبـيـة، بعـد اسـتنـفاذ الإجـراءات المـنصوص عـلـيـها قـانـونًا. In order to ensure the proper conduct of the pharmacy profession and to safeguard patients’ rights, the Algerian legislature has, through the Code of Medical Ethics and the Health Act, established a set of ethical obligations with which pharmacists must comply whilst practising their profession; It has also established the Medical Ethics Council and granted it the authority to regulate this humanitarian profession, by exercising disciplinary power over those who commit disciplinary offences and imposing disciplinary sanctions, after exhausting the procedures provided for by law
