يشهد مجال الأرشيف تحولا كبيرا، حيث إنتقلت فيه الممارسات التقليدية القائمة على الحفظ المادي للوثائق إلى العمل الألي الديناميكي المشبع بالتكنولوجيا، هذا الانتقال الذى تجازو حدود الاعتماد المجرد على الأدوات الرقمية الجديدة، بل يعكس تحولا جوهريا في المقاربات المرتبطة طبيعة الوثائق في حد ذاتها، وأساليب إدارتها، والمهارات المطلوبة من الأرشيفيين، بناءا عليه ستعالج الدراسة الموضوع من خلال التركيز على مهارات الثقافة الرقمية كفاءة أساسية في الوقت الراهن، وثقافة الذكاء الاصطناعي كمهارة ضرورية لضمان الإستمرارية في المهنة الأرشيفية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد ملامح هذا التحول في المقاربة من خلال التحليل النظري ودراسة الحالة، وتقترح إطارا لدمج هذه المعارف في التعليم والممارسة الأرشيفية. The archiving field is undergoing a major transformation, where traditional practices based on the physical preservation of documents have given way to dynamic, and automated technology tools, this transition goes beyond a simple reliance on new digital tools and reflects a fundamental shift in paradigms on the nature of documents themselves, how they are managed, and the skills required of archivists, therefore this study will address the topic focusing on digital literacy as an essential competency in the current era, and the culture of artificial intelligence as a necessary skill to ensure continuity in the archival profession, and this study aims to identify the features of this transformation in archival paradigm through theoretical analysis and case studies, and proposes a framework for integrating this knowledge into archival education and practice.
