Résumé

يتحدث المقال عن سياقات الأجوبة الحديثية للمحدث أبي محمد الأسدي حسب دلالاتها في الصناعة الحديثية وفهم الحديث النبوي. وقد سأله تلميذه عبد الرحمن القنازعي عن أحاديث وردت في مشاهير مصنفات الحديث، يُشكل ظاهرها على مشهور مذهب أهل المدينة الذي انتمى "المذهب المالكي" إلى أصوله وفروعه. فأجاب أبو محمد بأجوبة لا تخلو من دلالات يحكمها سياق فهم أهل المدينة لهذه الأحاديث، ما بين مراد به خاص، أو منسوخة، أو غير صحيحة. وقد أودع تلميذه عبد الرحمن القنازعي جملة من هذه الأجوبة في تفسير الموطأ، وفي القطعة المطبوعة من كتابه نحو من: "50" جوابا. وقد رأيت أن أشارك بالكشف عن قيمة هذه الأجوبة الناقدة في سياق مناسبتها لما اشتهر من مذهب أهل المدينة وفهمهم لتلك الأحاديث نفيا وإثباتا. كلمات مفتاحية: المذهب.، المالكي.، أهل المدينة. القنازعي.، أبو محمد الأسدي. أجوبة.، حديثية. The article discusses the contexts of the hadith responses by the scholar Abu Muhammad al-Asadi, according to their implications in hadith methodology and the understanding of prophetic hadith. His student, Abdul Rahman al-Qanazi, asked him about hadiths found in famous hadith compilations, whose apparent meanings contradict the well-known doctrine of the people of Medina "the Maliki school of thought" and its foundations. Abu Muhammad responded with answers filled with implications governed by the context of the people of Medina's understanding of these hadiths, whether they were intended to be specific, abrogated, or not authentic. Abdul Rahman al-Qanazi included a number of these responses in his "Tafsir al-Muwatta," with approximately 50 responses in the printed portion of his book. I decided to contribute by revealing the value of these critical scholarly responses in the context of their relevance to the well-known doctrine of the people of Medina and their understanding of these hadiths in terms of affirmation and negation.
