ملخص: يعد التّعليم مسؤولية عظيمة بالنّسبة لأصحاب المهنة هذه، ولا بد من توفر شروط عديدة لتتم العملية على أكمل وجه؛ إذ يجب على المعلّم أن يكون على قدر من التّكوين؛ معرفيا ونفسيا، ومنه تهدف الورقة البحثية هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الكبير الذي يؤديه التّكوين النّفسي للمعلم وأثره على المتعلم، فتقف على الشّروط التي وجب توافرها في المعلم، وآلية التّكوين النّفسي للمعلم ونتائجه على مخرجاته من المتعلّمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكوين النّفسي، طلبة، المدارس العليا Abstract: Education represents a great responsibility for those in this profession, and numerous conditions must be met for the process to be carried out effectively. Teachers must possess adequate training both cognitively and psychologically. This research paper aims to highlight the significant role played by teachers' psychological training and its impact on learners. It examines the conditions that must be fulfilled by teachers, the mechanisms of teachers' psychological training, and its outcomes on their students' achievements.
